ORDERS:
After you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

To order:

Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to Checkout

Enter all your required shipping and billing information

Click on ‘’Continue to Payment Method’’ and choose your method

Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and don’t forget to check your email and SMS for an Order update

What if I don’t get a Sales Email?
An Order Update Email is ideally emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t see one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder. If it still isn’t there within an hour, call Customer Service at 03259620883 for assistance.

Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No, the item is reserved only after confirmation of your order at checkout.

How will I know that you have received my order?
The Order Update email will confirm that your order has been placed. If you do not get this email, contact Customer Service at muhammedsufyanme@gmail.com.

How can I track my order?
Your Dashboard's 'Order History' section provides details of past orders and current order status.

What different order statuses can I face?

Payment Pending Authorization – Awaiting payment gateway approval

Payment Authorized, Order Processing – Order is being processed

Order Shipped – Order is on the way

Order Fulfilled – Shipment received and finalized

Order Cancellation – Order was cancelled

What is the difference between Order ID and Tracking ID?

Order ID is in your confirmation email

Tracking ID is sent once your order is shipped

Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?
No, once processed, orders cannot be modified or merged.

Do you take orders over phone or WhatsApp?
Yes, you can order via phone or WhatsApp. Provide item number, color, and size.

What payment options do I have?

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Local only

Bank Transfer – Local only

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
Yes, your information is processed securely with encryption.

What if my payment fails?

Conditions for COD:
Pay only the amount on the official receipt upon delivery.

Is COD available internationally?
No, COD is only for orders within Pakistan.

How to pay via Bank Deposit (IBFT)?

Choose "Bank Deposit" at checkout

Transfer full amount within 24 hours

Send screenshot, account info, and order number via WhatsApp or email

Order will be processed after verification

Billing and Shipping Address:

For COD: Only shipping address needed

For card payments: Both are required (can be different)

Can I pay COD with a cheque?
No, COD only accepts cash.

Is advance payment needed for COD?
No, pay full amount in cash on delivery.

Local: 5–7 working days

International: 10–15 working days
Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges:

Free shipping in Pakistan for orders over Rs. 2000

Free international shipping for orders over $200
(Not applicable on Sale/Clearance/Home products)

Is shipping included in product price?
No, shipping charges are listed separately at checkout.

Mixed cart (Home + Clothing):
If your cart has any Home or Sale items, free international shipping won’t apply.

Customs & VAT (International):
Customers are responsible for all customs duties and VAT.

How to check delivery status?
Track using your Tracking ID sent via SMS/Email. Visit the courier’s website or use the "Track Your Order" feature.

Shipping Methods:

Local: COURIER-X

International: TCS, Call Courier, Trax, TPL, BlueEX, Swyft, DHL, etc.

Delivery Attempts:
Two delivery attempts will be made. After the second failure, the item is returned.

Change of Address:
You can change it before dispatch. Contact 03259620883 immediately.

Do you deliver to India?
No, delivery to India is currently suspended as per government orders.
